Exchange and Return Policy
Pre-made Brand-kit / Semi-custom-brands (Kits)
1. INTRODUCTION
I thank you for choosing The Divine Union for your branding needs. By purchasing one of mine pre-made kits, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. PAYMENT
Full payment is required before any customization work begins on your pre-made Brand-kit / semi-costum-brands. Payments are processed securely through our website at www.thedivineunion.net.
3. DURATION
The processing time for customizing your pre-made Brand-kit / semi-costum-brands is approximately one week from the date of payment confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on your response time to my emails.
4. CUSTOMIZATION
a. Logos: I will customize the logos included in the Pre-made Brand-kit / Semi-costum-brands with your name and layout, if necessary for adaptation.
b. Brand Elements: The slogan will be replaced by the slogan of your choice.
c. Color Palette: Share your favorite colors with us, and we will adjust them to ensure they harmonize perfectly with your brand.
d. Fonts: You will receive links to obtain the brand fonts. Alternatively, if you have preferred fonts, we will gladly incorporate them into your pre-made kit.
e. Pattern: You will receive a beautiful pattern created to complement your brand, available in all shades of your chosen color palette.
f. Brand Board: This will provide you with all the elements, hexadecimal color codes, and recommended fonts for your brand.
g. Brand Graphics: You will receive 5 stunning customized mockups to visualize your new brand image.
h. Bonus: As a bonus, I will provide you with 5 Instagram post templates easily customizable on Canva to share your story with the world.
5. DELIVERY
All customized logos and patterns will be delivered to you in AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF formats in all colors of your palette.
6. REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of our pre-made Brand-kit / semi-costum-brands, refunds are not available once the customization process has begun.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You obtain the rights to your brand through the delivery of Illustrator files. Only one copy per brand kit is sold, making it unique.
8. MODIFICATIONS
Modifications beyond what is described in these terms and conditions may be subject to additional fees. One hour of work is equivalent to 235 euros for any additional modifications.
8. MODIFICATIONS on Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. In some cases, we may provide additional notice, such as sending an email or placing a prominent notice on our website.
By continuing to access or use our services after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our website and services immediately.
