However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we have specific policies regarding exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our digital products include pre-designed templates, design kits, and downloadable files.
• Refunds: We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once you have downloaded or accessed a digital product. In accordance with EU consumer protection law, by ticking the consent box at checkout and starting the download or accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, including where a product is faulty or not as described.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you encounter any technical issues with your purchase (e.g., file corruption or broken links), please contact us at support (at) thedivineunion (dot) net, and we will promptly provide replacement files or technical assistance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Customization Requests: If your digital product purchase includes customization, changes can only be requested before the agreed customization work has begun.
3. SERVICES
Our services include personalized graphic design, brand identity creation, and other custom design services tailored to your needs.
• Refunds: Refunds for custom services are not offered once the design process has started or after final files have been delivered. However, you may cancel the service before any work has commenced for a full refund.
• Revisions: Most services include a limited number of revisions as specified in your project agreement or package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
• Cancellations: You can cancel a service order before work begins. Once work has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund, but partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on the volume of work already completed.
4. ISSUES & SUPPORT
If you experience any issues with your digital products or custom services, please reach out to us at support (at) thedivineunion (dot) net as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of purchase or delivery, so we can help you quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.. We are committed to resolving any technical concerns promptly.
5. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to their custom and digital nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Completed and delivered custom design services.
• Digital products that have already been customized to your specifications once work has started.
• Downloaded digital content, except in cases of unresolved technical defects.
• Downloaded digital content, except where the product is faulty, incomplete or not as described.
